Participant must use USGA approved golf balls, and must use balls provided by the organizers in the event that decision is made.
Prizes for amateurs are at the discretion of the tournament organizers. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Participants over the age of 18 will compete in the following putting format:
Round 1 will consist of 18 holes on the putting course determined by the event organizer. The ball must be holed out to complete a hole. No puts will be conceded in the opening round. Each participant will keep another participants score on the scorecard provided by the organizer. Upon the conclusion of Rd 1, the top 16 scores will advance to the 9 whole match play playoff. In the event of ties, a closest to the hole contest will be held to determine the players that will move on. Distance will be determined by a tape measure provided by the organizer. The measuring will be done by officials designated by the organizer. This method will continue until the necessary spots are filled.
Round 2 will consist of a 9 whole match-play playoff format with 16 players. Putts may be conceded during match play, and only given by the direct competitor in the match. Conceded a putt must be made clear by the competitor given concession. Each match will be played in two-somes. 3rd and 4th place will be determined via a consolation match.
On course officials will provide any rules assistance, and will be assigned by the organizer. Any decision made by an official will be considered final.
Any disputes will be decided by the officials and organizer. All decisions will be considered final.
Participants will be responsible for transportation to and from the event.
Participants and guests will hold the event organizer, the venue, and the sponsors harmless in the event of any injury or incident during the event, or on the way to and from the event.
Organizer, venue, and sponsors are not responsible for personal goods or property brought to the event by the participants.
Event is open to U.S. Residents only.
Event is rain or shine.

Participants must pay entry fee to compete.
By registering, participants attest that they are of sound body and mind to compete in a physical and potentially stressful event.
Participant is entering a putting contest, and agrees to where to the rules, regulations, and format.
Participant will bring his/her own putter to compete, and agrees that it will meet any and all USGA standards. Sharing of equipment is not allowed.
Participant will not be allowed to anchor the putter.
